A classical 1900s villa reimagined for contemporary living. We were commissioned to transform the property into a modern, timeless home that balances serenity with a dynamic, creative edge.

Designed as both a sanctuary and a stage, the interiors reflect the clients’ tactile sensibility and understated confidence. Natural materials, muted tones and bespoke details create a quietly luxurious atmosphere - a Scandinavian retreat with a global point of view.

Instead of maximizing the number of rooms, the clients wanted fewer, more generous spaces that support their minimalist lifestyle. We preserved the classical framework of the villa while opening up the floor plan, allowing the architecture and materiality to breathe.

The result is a home that feels intimate yet aspirational, grounded in history, but designed for the way a modern family lives today.
