Seid Grill

At the very top of the new K8 Building in Stavanger, a bold new restaurant concept by renowned chef Karl Erik Pallesen will open in late 2023. Designed by Gathe + Gram, the space brings together Nordic refinement and raw materiality to complement Pallesen’s culinary vision.

The restaurant features an open grill kitchen and an adjoining cocktail bar, both framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Stavanger, from the city’s historic harbour to the surrounding fjords. Warm woods, textured stone, and soft lighting create an atmosphere that feels sophisticated yet grounded, inviting guests to linger from early evening to late night.
